The Strassburg Sock is the latest innovation to treat arch
and heel pain available through your local Instep Podiatry
Clinic.
A comfortable white stretchy sock, it is worn at night to
hold the foot in tension to gradually stretch the calf muscle
and the Plantar Fascia. It allows easy movement when being worn
and the tension can be altered to suit each patient. An
affordable addition to support Custom Orthotics or simple arch
supports.
The Bledsoe Plantar Fascial Strap is a day and night brace
that fits comfortably over the sock and can be worn during the
day to enhance the support of the ligaments and fascia. Useful
to be worn where the use of orthotics and arch supports are
restricted.
It comes with an exercise programme to strengthen the muscles
of the foot and reduce tension on the supporting ligaments.
